Rich quoted pricing for service and work came in less. Completed on time as promised. Much better experience then taking to dealer. Dealer takes appointments, but I always need to wait longer and they can never guarantee I will be able to pick car up same day. i am done going to MB Dealerships!

They even took the time to show me underneath the car to explain what they were talking about. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Great experience! I brought my Audi A5 in for a water pump/termostat replacement. Rich was able to diagnose it correctly over the phone. Brought it to him in the morning and had the car back to me the same day. He also provided me with some other items that need repair in the future. I’m deciding on whether or not to keep the car and he talked to me about my options. Can’t say enough good things about this place!
