Rich and his team have always provided me great service the past 10 years for our various cars, most currently, our 2024 Range Rover. They've always given me very objective opinions about service/repairs and the trade-offs to consider, and I highly value objectivity, which is why I've been servicing with them for so long. If they think you can ride out another 3k-10k miles before repair is absolutely needed, then they will let you know. I also like that I am able to squeeze onto their books with little or no notice which is very convenient. There's many shops around the area, but if you are looking to develop a more personable long-term relationship based on objective and honest work, then I would highly recommend Performance Autowerk.

I brought my Mercedes E350 in for a pre purchase inspection and was very impressed with the service. They did a thorough job of inspecting my car and then took the time to explain the findings of their report and what it all meant. They seem like a very knowledgeable and professional shop.

Brought my Porsche, which had a leak that left marks on my garage floor and spray marks across the bottom of the car. Rich, the owner, quoted not only a reasonable price for the inspection and repair but also offered an option to repair it at a later date since I had replaced my engine oil only a couple of months ago. I ended up going ahead with the repair. Rich got the work done the same day I dropped the car off and asked me to keep an eye on it to ensure the issue was fully addressed. Rich the owner was very responsive. He got back to me the same day I inquired about the service. Rich initially stated that they would take half a day before I would get the results. However, he got back to me within 30 minutes of my car being dropped off. I will definitely use the shop again in the future.
