Rich and his team have always provided me great service the past 10 years for our various cars, most currently, our 2024 Range Rover. They've always given me very objective opinions about service/repairs and the trade-offs to consider, and I highly value objectivity, which is why I've been servicing with them for so long. If they think you can ride out another 3k-10k miles before repair is absolutely needed, then they will let you know. I also like that I am able to squeeze onto their books with little or no notice which is very convenient. There's many shops around the area, but if you are looking to develop a more personable long-term relationship based on objective and honest work, then I would highly recommend Performance Autowerk.
