My experience here was great. From the time I made the first phone call to inquire about an oil change to the moment I left the shop everything was fantastic. Evan quoted me a price on the phone and set me up with an appointment and delivered excellent service right on point. He even checked to make sure there were no other items that needed attention as my service light was coming on and gave me a clean bill of health. This is now my new go to place for oil changes on my Audi and I recommend him for any of your auto needs. Be sure to check in on Yelp for an added bonus.

Evan and Rich were honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy gentlemen. I brought my BMW Z4 in for a humming noise coming from the rear left tire and Evan quickly diagnosed the problem as a wheel bearing failure. When I picked up my car Rich walked me to the garage and showed me the old bearing and what the issue was. I highly recommend coming here for anyone that wants honest business at a fair price.

Needed to have some accessories added to my car (trunk spoiler, halo light upgrades, and bulb replacement). From the start, they were courteous and honest. Location was good and the $$ was fair. My car enjoyed is first visit there

Needed new vale cover gaskets, new brake fluid, full transmission service on my E91 Xi wagon.Received quotes from $1600 to $2300 until Performance Autowerk came into the radar and beat the shine out of other quotes.Got my car back the next day on which it was reborn, drives like new.Intend to keep in touch with awesome folks there like Evan and Rich, I will be back!

The best! If your vehicles out of warranty, don't bother with a dealership and if you need MODs, come see Evan. H and R street coils installed over a year ago on a VW CC, lately the 40K scheduled service...DONE... additional work on two other occasions, diagnosed and completed...DONE and I live 40 miles away too.

Found these guys through Yelp and took my BMW 550i for an inspection.... they were very reasonable on the inspection, clearly described to me the problems they found and were very prompt and more than reasonable in all the repairs that they did for me, WAYYYY cheaper than the dealer !! The car runs like a charm again !!! Would definitely go back for all my future BMW maintenance needs !!

I received Excellent Customer service from Evan when I brought over my Porsche to get the Oil Change Reset and he went out of his way to help me at no charge. So when it was time to get 35k miles service on my Audi Q5, I knew where I am going. I was in and out in 30 mins. Eva was very helpful again. The rates are perfect, the peace of mind you get taking your cars to Evan is invaluable. I am a customer for life!

Evan, Rich and the rest of the crew at Performance Autowerk are top notch. If you're a meticulous owner of a German car, I highly recommend this place for all of your service and repair work. This is not your average mechanic. These guys take genuine pride in their work and they are good at what they do, yet their prices are not just reasonable, they're competitive. One thing you'll notice right off the bat is that Evan is as passionate about these cars as he is experienced and knowledgeable, and it shows not only in the quality of his work but also the professionalism and friendliness with which he runs his business. I first brought my 09 BMW 328xi to Evan last year for an alignment and additional work my local dealer adamantly insisted I needed that wasn't covered by BMW's warranty. The dealer quoted me almost $2k to have the additional work performed at BMW. Evan performed the alignment at a very competitive rate, but after thoroughly inspecting my car, determined I didn't need the expensive work the dealer was trying to push, though he could have very easily reaped a nice profit by just performing it anyway; I would have been none the wiser. These guys are honest and up front.During that visit, Evan also took the time to discuss the pros/cons of a third party warranty I was considering purchasing as my CPO extended warranty and service plan was about to expire. I was concerned about the potential cost of upkeep now that everything would be out of pocket; these cars are not cheap to maintain and horror stories abound. I ultimately decided not to get the third party warranty as the cost/value analysis did not weigh in my favor given Performance Autowerk's affordability and expertise, which is far more valuable than the under-inclusive warranty I was considering. I have since been back to Performance Autowerk for routine maintenance and I simply can't say enough good things about these guys. In addition to the above, they are friendly, courteous and the office is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Like another reviewer said, this place should be in your phone. They are my go-to when I need honest, affordable expertise to keep my BMW in top shape.
