Evan and his team are always professional, courteous and have my cars ready on time, usually within the same day. Evan has also saved me a lot of money by suggesting alternatives and options to otherwise costly repairs and will let the customer decide which parts they want to replace - this is different than all other shops I've taken my cars to over the years where the high pressure sales tactics force you to believe that everything has to be fixed immediately regardless of the cost. I've recommend at least 10 friends and family members to Performance Autowerk and all have come away extremely satisfied!!

Great service, excellent customer service, very professional. Had my 06 e350 worked on and everything was perfect. Prices are very fair, much less than I had expected. I recommend Performance Autowerk for all European automotives. Will definitely be coming back.

He knows I'm price sensitive but will not compromise on using inferior parts or taking shortcuts. Great experience continues.

Outstanding and expert service on my BMW 335i. Friendly and informative staff that is not pushy. These guys really love these cars and it shows. Very reasonable prices. This is the only place where will take my car for service. I discovered Rich and his team via great Yelp reviews and now I understand why everyone loves them.
