Dublin Auto Repair

I had this shop do a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) on a porsche I was considering. Thank God I did. They did a great job on the inspection. They e-mailed me pictures and spent considerable time talking with me about the car in question. I unfortunately had to pass on the car. But, I found a honest shop with technicians that know their stuff. I live on the peninsula but will drive 45 min to them for service. Yes , they are that good. Use them and don't look back. I found Performance Autowerk through Yelp and was amazed at all the five star reviews. I decided to give them a try as I had an issue with the alternator on my 2001 BMW 325i and set up an appointment to have the problem diagnosed along with a thorough inspection for other possible issues. I also had other work that needed to done so after dropping the car off I got a call back from Brian that afternoon and he gave me a good quote for the work that needed to be done and worked with me to prioritize the more important items to be done at the present time to fit my budget and defer the remaining service for the time being. He indicated that he would need the car for a few days since there was backlog of other vehicles ahead of me but lo and behold he called me the next day to tell me that the work was completed. I asked him how he got it done so fast and he said that he stayed overtime that night to finish the service. Talk about service! This outfit is very professional and I agree with all of the Yelpers’ reviews. I was extremely pleased that I got the car back so soon and will definitely go back to get the additional service needed.

Performance Autowerk gave me an honest quote and it was less than dealer. The service was great and customer service was really outstanding. I highly recommend this auto service to anyone.

Great Service

Very friendly staff. Came in for a last minute oil change and they had me in and out in about 10~15 min. Also took the time out to explain other maintenance needed on the car.

I showed up early for my appointment and they got me right in, took care of me, and got me back on the road. Great job!
