I really appreciate Rich taking a look at my check engine light and the quick estimate and advice he gave me. If I decide to get work done then I will be coming to Performance Autowerk.

Great job as usual

I dropped my bmw off on Monday due to coolant leaks with no appt. The car was fixed after the next day after some cancelled appt. There were a few other repairs done as well. All were done the next day and the charges are reasonable. Recommend to anyone who owns bimmers.

I made an appointment online and was delighted to see how seamless the customer experience was from setting up the appointment, to reminders, the check in process to understand issues or concerns with my car. The work was done quickly and I was provided good info on the maintenance performed. I will certainly be back here when I need work done on my car.

Rich was very accommodating to my tight schedule and had my 2014 BMW M5 oil change done within an hour. He also performed an overall inspection and recommended a couple action items in another 1500 miles. I feel very confident and secured to have my car serviced at his garage.
