I needed a pre-sale inspection on short notice and Rich accommodated me same day. Very friendly and professional throughout, quick turnaround, and nice digital report provided for a reasonable cost. Money well spent as they pointed out some issues that would be impossible to detect upon a visual inspection, and Rich took the time to discuss those issues and estimated repair costs at some length. Highly recommended.

Rich’s very nice, patient and honest person. My Mercedes Benz break pad show the warning. I though need to replace it. He checked to me because the sensor loose and the break still good condition and no need to do it now. He gave me suggestion can do it later and fix the sensor at the sametime. If you have any questions and concern the car. He explained very well the car issue.
